The Village Timeshare "PIANETAMARATEA" with its 222 houses of different types, all equipped with a kitchenette, direct dial telephone and digital TV, located in a beautiful location just 400 mt. S.l.m. offers countless opportunities for relaxation and entertainment, such as:

swimming pools, tennis courts and soccer field, beach (3.5 km), daytime and sports with mini, young club, diving, water skiing, canoeing, windsurfing and evening shows in the amphitheater.

Weekly stays from Saturday (arrival from 17.00) to Saturday (departure at 10.00).

RATES 2019

Tourist tax of Maratea: Is required to pay 1,50 € per person up to the fifth overnight stay, are exempt children under 15 years old, the disabled and the handicapped civilians with disability not less than 80%.

Services included: WI-FI, Bed linen and towels with weekly change, energy, entertainment, group lessons, mini club, swimming pools, transport to the beach, final cleaning, excluding kitchen by the customer.

Paid services: Safe (10,00) restaurant (half-board and full board), Extra cleaning and linen change, parasols and sun loungers on the beach, multi-field soccer-tennis, sports courses Individual: tennis, water sports (diving, canoeing, water skiing , windsurfing), cot, safety deposit boxes.

Payment Terms: 30% deposit at time of reservation, balance on arrival.
